How to Start a Return

To start a return, please contact us at info@cisest.com with your order number and the email address used to place your order. Our team will guide you through the next steps.

Return Policy

We accept returns of unworn items in their original condition (unwashed, with all tags attached, and shoes in their original boxes) within 30 days of fulfillment for an exchange, store credit, or refund.

  • Items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
  • Items purchased with a significant discount code may be considered Final Sale and not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
  • If a return does not meet the requirements listed above, our customer service team will contact you via email.

Exchanges & Refunds

We offer the following options for returned items:

  1. An exchange for the same item in a different size or color (subject to availability).
  2. A refund to the original payment method.
  • Exchanges have no additional fees.
  • Once a return is successfully received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 5 days.
  • We currently do not offer exchanges for international orders.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 3 days of receiving your order at info@cisest.com. Please include clear photos of any damage to help us resolve the issue quickly.

Please note that colors may vary slightly due to photography, lighting, and screen settings. These variations do not qualify as defects, but eligible items can still be returned under the standard return policy.

Important Notes

  • All returns must be initiated within the 30-day window from the fulfillment date.
  • Returned items must be in sellable condition. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our guidelines.
  • Original shipping costs are generally non-refundable.
