By submitting an order and completing payment through Knowgeeks, you agree to these Payment Terms and our Return and Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, Privacy Policy, and Terms of Service.
Knowgeeks currently accepts the following eligible credit and payment cards:
We also currently offer the following accelerated or alternative payment methods:
Only payment methods actually displayed during checkout are available for the applicable transaction.
The availability of a payment method may vary depending on:
Knowgeeks does not guarantee that every payment method will be available to every customer or for every order.
Product prices and checkout totals are currently displayed and charged in:
United States dollars (USD)
The final payment currency and total amount will be displayed during checkout before the customer authorizes payment.
If the customer’s card or payment account uses another currency, the issuing bank or payment provider may convert the transaction and charge additional fees, including:
These charges are determined by the customer’s bank or payment provider and are not charged or controlled by Knowgeeks.
Customers choosing to pay by card may be required to provide:
Card transactions are subject to authorization by the issuing bank and the applicable payment processor.
The appearance of a card logo during checkout does not guarantee that every card issued under that brand will be accepted for every order.
A card may be declined because of account restrictions, insufficient funds, incorrect information, transaction limits, security screening, or another decision made by the issuing bank or payment provider.
Knowgeeks will never request a complete card number, card security code, or payment-account password through email, text message, telephone, or social media.
Customers may use Shop Pay to complete an accelerated checkout using eligible contact, shipping, billing, and payment information saved to their Shop Pay account.
When using Shop Pay, customers may be required to verify their identity or account through:
The availability and operation of Shop Pay are subject to Shopify’s eligibility requirements, user terms, privacy practices, and security procedures.
Eligible customers may be offered the option to pay in full or in installments through Shop Pay.
Shop Pay Installments will only be available when it is displayed as an option during checkout.
Eligibility, payment schedules, installment amounts, applicable interest, late-payment terms, identity checks, and other financing conditions are determined by the installment provider and the agreement displayed during checkout.
Knowgeeks does not determine:
Customers must review and accept the applicable installment agreement before completing the order.
Selecting Shop Pay Installments does not change:
Questions regarding installment payments, installment due dates, financing accounts, or eligibility should be directed to the applicable installment provider.
Customers may use an eligible PayPal account to complete payment.
When PayPal is selected, the customer may be redirected to PayPal to:
Available PayPal funding sources may include:
Available funding methods, account restrictions, identity verification, and transaction approval are determined by PayPal.
Knowgeeks does not control PayPal’s account decisions, technical availability, security reviews, or payment-processing results.
Eligible customers may use Google Pay to complete an accelerated checkout using payment and contact information saved to their Google Wallet or Google Pay account.
Google Pay availability may depend on:
Customers may be required to complete device verification, biometric verification, account authentication, or another security procedure before payment is approved.
The original payment method connected to Google Pay is used to process the transaction.
Customers are not required to create or sign in to a Knowgeeks customer account to use the standard checkout process.
A customer may complete checkout by providing the required:
When Shop Pay, PayPal, or Google Pay is selected, the applicable third-party provider may require the customer to sign in to or verify an account with that provider.
Before payment is submitted, the checkout page will display the applicable:
Customers are responsible for reviewing the products, quantities, shipping information, discounts, shipping method, and final order total before completing payment.
By selecting “Pay now,” confirming an accelerated checkout, or otherwise submitting payment, the customer authorizes Knowgeeks and the applicable payment provider to charge the final amount displayed during checkout.
Knowgeeks will not increase the confirmed order total without obtaining additional authorization from the customer.
Applicable shipping charges and taxes are calculated and displayed during checkout before payment is completed.
Shipping charges may vary according to:
For international orders, the destination country or region may impose additional charges, including:
Unless checkout clearly states that these amounts are included, international duties and import charges are not collected by Knowgeeks and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Promotional codes must be entered and successfully applied during checkout before payment is completed.
Unless the applicable promotion states otherwise:
The final checkout total will show whether a promotional code was successfully applied.
Certain promotions may cause purchased products to become Final Sale. For example, products purchased using a promotion that expressly states they are Final Sale will be subject to the conditions displayed before purchase and the Knowgeeks Return and Refund Policy.
Submitting an order authorizes the selected payment provider to verify and process the transaction.
Payment may be subject to:
An order is not considered fully accepted until:
A pending transaction or authorization notice from a bank does not necessarily mean that the order has been accepted, processed, or shipped.
An order confirmation email acknowledges that Knowgeeks has received the order request.
It does not guarantee final order acceptance or product availability.
Knowgeeks may refuse, limit, or cancel an order when:
If payment has already been collected for a canceled order, the eligible amount will be returned to the original payment method.
Some transactions may temporarily appear as pending while the issuing bank or payment provider completes authorization.
Orders with pending or incomplete payments may not be processed or shipped until payment is successfully completed.
If payment remains pending for an extended period, customers should contact the issuing bank or applicable payment provider.
Knowgeeks cannot manually approve a transaction that remains pending within a third-party payment system.
Payment may be declined or fail because of:
If payment fails, the order may not be created or processed.
Customers should review their payment information, select another available payment method, or contact the issuing bank or payment provider.
Financial institutions do not always provide merchants with the complete reason for a declined payment. Knowgeeks may therefore be unable to explain the specific reason for a decline.
A failed, canceled, or incomplete payment attempt may temporarily appear as a pending authorization or authorization hold.
An authorization hold is not necessarily a completed charge. The issuing bank may temporarily reserve the amount while verifying the transaction.
If the transaction is not completed, the hold is generally released according to the issuing bank’s own processing schedule.
Knowgeeks cannot control or accelerate the release of a bank authorization hold.
If two similar transactions appear on a payment statement, customers should first check whether one transaction is only a pending authorization.
To report a possible duplicate completed charge, contact Knowgeeks and provide:
Do not send complete card numbers, security codes, account passwords, or other sensitive payment credentials by email.
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate billing information.
Billing information may include:
Incorrect or incomplete billing information may result in:
The billing address should match the information held by the issuing bank or payment provider.
Knowgeeks uses Shopify’s encrypted checkout system and authorized payment service providers to process transactions.
Card and payment-account information is transmitted through the applicable payment system. Knowgeeks does not directly store complete card numbers, card security codes, or third-party payment-account passwords on its own servers.
Transactions may be protected by security measures such as:
Although reasonable security measures are used, no internet transmission or electronic storage method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Customers should protect their devices, passwords, payment accounts, and verification codes from unauthorized access.
Knowgeeks and its payment partners may review orders to prevent fraud and unauthorized transactions.
We may request reasonable additional information to confirm:
An order may be delayed or canceled if the requested verification cannot be completed within a reasonable period.
Knowgeeks may cancel and refund an order when there is reasonable evidence of:
Knowgeeks makes reasonable efforts to ensure that product prices, discounts, shipping charges, taxes, and checkout totals are accurate.
However, typographical, pricing, system, or technical errors may occasionally occur.
When an obvious error affects an order, Knowgeeks may:
Knowgeeks will not charge a higher corrected amount without first obtaining the customer’s authorization.
After an order is successfully submitted, a confirmation email will normally be sent to the email address provided during checkout.
The confirmation may include:
Customers should review the confirmation promptly and contact us if any information appears incorrect.
An order confirmation does not mean that the order has already shipped.
Customers should contact Knowgeeks as soon as possible to request an order change or cancellation.
Because orders may enter processing shortly after payment, we cannot guarantee that every change or cancellation request can be completed.
An order generally cannot be changed or canceled after it has been processed, packed, or transferred to the shipping carrier.
If an order has already shipped, the customer must wait for delivery and follow the Knowgeeks Return and Refund Policy.
All returns, exchanges, store credits, and refunds are handled according to the Knowgeeks Return and Refund Policy.
Eligible standard returns related to size, fit, color, preference, or change of mind are normally processed as:
Standard eligible returns are not normally refunded to the original payment method.
A refund to the original payment method may be provided when:
Approved refunds are normally returned to the original payment method used for the order.
Knowgeeks normally submits an approved refund within 1–2 business days after approval.
During public holidays, promotional periods, or periods of unusually high refund volume, submission may require up to 5 business days.
After Knowgeeks submits the refund, the bank or payment provider may require an additional 5–10 business days to display the funds in the customer’s account.
The actual posting time is determined by the bank or payment provider and is outside the control of Knowgeeks.
Shipping charges, duties, taxes, and other fees will only be refunded when permitted under the Return and Refund Policy or required by applicable law.
When an order was paid through Shop Pay Installments, an approved refund will be submitted through the applicable installment-payment system.
Depending on the installment account and payment status, the refund may:
Knowgeeks does not control how the installment provider allocates the refund or how quickly it appears in the customer’s financing account.
Customers should continue making any scheduled payments unless the installment provider confirms otherwise.
Customers are encouraged to contact Knowgeeks before submitting a payment dispute or chargeback so that we can review the order and attempt to resolve the issue.
Submitting a chargeback does not automatically cancel an order or establish eligibility for a refund.
When a payment dispute is opened, Knowgeeks may provide the bank or payment provider with relevant information, including:
Nothing in this section limits any lawful dispute rights available through the customer’s bank, payment provider, or applicable consumer protection laws.
Card processors, Shop Pay, Shop Pay Installments, PayPal, and Google Pay are operated or supported by third-party service providers.
Use of these payment services may also be governed by the provider’s:
Knowgeeks does not control third-party account eligibility, service availability, technical operation, transaction approval, account restrictions, or processing timeframes.
Knowgeeks may add, remove, suspend, or update available payment methods.
The payment options actually displayed during checkout at the time of purchase represent the available methods for that transaction.
These Payment Terms may be updated when payment methods, checkout procedures, or legal requirements change.
Nothing in these Payment Terms is intended to exclude, restrict, or modify consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
Where applicable law provides greater protection than these terms, the applicable legal requirements will prevail.
