Order and Shipping Questions
After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. Once your order is shipped, we will send a shipping confirmation email along with available tracking information.
Our standard order processing time is 1–3 business days, followed by an estimated shipping transit time of 6–9 business days. The estimated total delivery time is 7–12 business days.

Returns and Refunds
Cisest accepts eligible returns and exchanges within 30 days from the date of delivery.
We accept eligible returns for both defective and non-defective products. Ordinary returned items must be in new, unworn, unwashed, and unused condition, with original tags attached when applicable.
If you need to request a return or refund, please contact our Customer Support team before returning any items. Returns must comply with our Return & Refund Policy, including eligibility requirements and return instructions.
Unauthorized returns may not be accepted. Please do not send returned products to our business address unless our Customer Support team specifically confirms it as the designated return address.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7 days after the returned product has been received, inspected, and approved. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
