Shipping policy

We offer free shipping on all orders with no minimum purchase required.

Order Processing Time

Orders typically take 1–3 business days to be processed and shipped. Express orders placed before 12:00 p.m. ET will usually ship the same day. Orders placed after this time, on weekends, or on holidays will ship the next business day.

You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has been shipped. Please note: Order cancellations or modifications are not allowed after the order has been placed.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

Standard Shipping

  • Delivery time: 5–8 business days (Continental USA)
  • Cost: Free
  • Requires a physical street address (cannot be delivered to P.O. Boxes)

Shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Guam, and U.S. Virgin Islands may take longer (14–30 days).

International Shipping

We currently ship to select international destinations. International orders typically arrive within 7–17 business days. Cost: Free for Standard International (or as shown at checkout). Expedited international shipping is not currently available.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

We do not pay any customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees on international orders. These charges (if applicable) are the sole responsibility of the recipient and may be collected by the carrier or local customs upon delivery.

Lost Packages

If your package is lost in transit or delivered to the wrong address, please contact us at info@cisest.com. Once the investigation is complete, we will replace the items if still available, or issue a refund (including shipping costs where applicable). If the carrier confirms delivery to the correct address, we are unable to issue a refund or replacement.

Refused or Undeliverable Packages

Refused or undeliverable packages are subject to return shipping costs. If you choose not to have the order re-delivered, we can refund the cost of the items, but any undeliverable fees charged by the carrier will be deducted.
